Our Affiliate Program

Aasaan ("we," "us," or "our") welcomes you. Thank you for participating in our Affiliate Program (the "Referral Program") made available to you through our Website or through our App. Capitalized terms not defined in this Affiliate Program shall have the meaning set forth in our Terms of Service.
We provide access to and use of our Affiliate Program subject to the following terms of service (the "Referral Terms of Service"), which are effective as of the date stated above. By participating in our Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Referral Terms of Service and the terms and conditions of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are hereby incorporated by reference. Please take the time to review our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any, then please do not participate in our Affiliate Program or use our Service.
We may change these Referral Terms of Service from time to time, and will post any changes on the Website or notify you via email, at our option, as soon as such changes are in effect.
Eligibility
The Affiliate Program is eligible to all Authorized Users ("Referring Users") within Subscribers ("Referring Organizations") that are not receiving Services under a free trial.
Participation
You may refer friends ("Referred Users") by sending them your personal referral link that aasaan provides to you either via our Website, App or otherwise ("Unique Link"). You can send your Unique Link to Referred Users via email.
Referred Organizations
To trigger discounts and/or rewards ("Referral Discounts"), the entity registered by the Referred Users ("Referred Organizations") must be new to aasaan. Previously registered Subscribers are not eligible for Referral Discounts.
Referred Organization Discount
All Referred Organizations that sign up with a valid referral code provided via a Referring User's Unique Link will receive an additional two months free on the aasaan Platform. The two free months can only be redeemed after purchasing a valid subscription into the Platform. Referred Organizations that register for a yearly plan will receive 14 months of Services for the annual 12-month price. The Referral Discount cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions currently being run by aasaan.
Referring Organization Discount
Upon payment of two months of invoices by the Referred Organization ("Referral Conversion"), the Referring Organization will receive a $500 discount off future invoices for Services. The Referred Organization's receipt of two-month of free Services do not count towards the Referral Conversion. If the Referred Organization pays for the yearly plan, the Referring Organization is eligible for the Referral Discount immediately (i.e., yearly plan does not require two months of invoices). As an alternative to the $500 Referral Discount, the Referring Organization may choose to receive a $500 team dinner credit instead.
Referring User Rewards
If the Referring User generates one or more successful Referral Conversions, they may be eligible for a personal reward. Personal reward tiers, gifts, and distribution methods are subject to change at aasaan's sole discretion.
General
Aasaan reserves the right to cancel or modify the Affiliate Program and Referral Discounts without prior notice in its entirety or for a Referring User at any time for any reason. Referral Discounts amounts and eligibility rules are subject to change at aasaan's sole discretion. Aasaan reserves the right to cancel, revoke, or otherwise prevent the issuance of Referral Discounts in any suspected case of fraudulent use or misuse of this Referral Program. Referral Discounts are not valid or payable for self-referrals. The Referred Organization cannot be an owner, employee or affiliated with the Referring Organization. Spam, illegal emails; or bulk communications (e.g.; mass text blasts; automated postings on Internet forums/ instant messages/phone calls) are not permitted. Endorsements and promotions of the Affiliate Program are prohibited without the express written permission of aasaan. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility, discounts, and rewards for our Affiliate Program will be resolved by aasaan in its sole discretion.
